All sales are final. No refunds.

The download is free, and the docs and FAQ explain what the app does. Please read them and ask us questions before you buy. We cannot offer a trial because the app needs a license key to run.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. This does not apply to digital content that is delivered right away, once you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. At checkout we ask for exactly this consent. Your license key is delivered immediately after payment, so by giving the consent you lose the right of withdrawal.

If something is wrong

This policy does not limit legal rights that cannot be waived, for example if the Software is defective and we cannot fix it. Write to support@localaso.com and we will look at it.

Chargebacks

Licenses that are charged back or disputed are revoked.
