Why LocalASO exists

The ASO tools on the market kept getting more expensive, and most moved to monthly subscriptions. For an indie developer with a few apps, that is a lot of money for a few checks per month. LocalASO is the alternative: a Mac app with a low price you pay once.

It also searches in the language people actually use. A German searches “sprachen lernen”, not “language learning”. LocalASO adapts each keyword to the local phrase with the AI you already use, then checks it in that country’s store.

What matters

• Your data stays yours. No account, no cloud database. Keywords, ranks and listings live on your Mac. The only thing the app checks with our server is your license.
• Honest numbers. Apple publishes no search counts. LocalASO estimates volume and difficulty and labels them as estimates. The formula is public in this guide.
• Fair price. $29 once, updates included. No tiers, no keyword limit.
