- Arabic: also listed in 3 other storefronts covered here.
- Chinese (Simplified): also listed in 1 other storefront covered here.
- Chinese (Traditional): also listed in 2 other storefronts covered here.
- French: also listed in 4 other storefronts covered here.
- Korean: also listed in 1 other storefront covered here.
- Portuguese (Brazil): also listed in 1 other storefront covered here.
- Russian: also listed in 1 other storefront covered here.
- Spanish (Mexico): also listed in 5 other storefronts covered here.
- Vietnamese: also listed in 1 other storefront covered here.
Each of these localizations has its own name, subtitle and 100-byte keyword field. Name and subtitle are visible to users, so keep them real text in that language. See App Store localization for keywords.
How people search in United States
Apple lists ten localizations for the U.S. storefront. Besides English (U.S.), the Spanish (Mexico) localization is the one most apps already have, and it reaches Spanish speakers in the U.S. as well.
People in United States search in English, but local spelling and word choice still matter, and the apps that rank are not the same as in other English-speaking stores. A step-by-step method is in App Store keyword research.
Check your App Store rank in United States
Your iPhone only shows the store of your Apple Account’s country. Apple’s public search data returns the top 200 apps for a term in any storefront; your rank is your app’s position in that list:
