When a fact on this site turns out to be wrong or out of date, we fix the page and log it here with the date.
· /docs/optimize
The keyword field limit was given as 100 characters. App Store Connect counts 100 bytes, so non-English text can fit fewer characters.
· /glossary/conversion-rate
The opening definition now uses Apple's own: total downloads divided by unique impressions.
· /download, /llms.txt, /compare
The minimum macOS version was shown as macOS 13 in some places. LocalASO requires macOS 14 or later.
· /compare/apptweak-alternative
AppTweak's Essential price and country coverage were re-checked on AppTweak's pricing page. The page now shows the price range the pricing page lists (from $949 per year) and 119 iOS countries.
· /compare/astro-alternative
Added that Astro's home page says "more than 60 countries" next to the 91 countries its docs state.
· Glossary and answers
Japanese example keywords were changed to keywords with three or more characters, because Apple's reference says each keyword must be greater than two characters.
