Every App Store listing limit in one table, each with Apple’s source link: name, subtitle, keywords, promotional text, description, What’s New, screenshots, app previews, custom product pages, product page optimization, in-app events and review notes. Checked November 1, 2026.

How it works
Every row is taken from Apple’s own pages (App Store Connect Help and the developer pages for search and product pages) and checked on November 1, 2026. We list no limit that we could not find on an Apple page.
100 characters or 100 bytes? The keywords row appears twice because Apple’s sources differ: the App Store Connect reference says 100 bytes, the search guide says 100 characters. We recommend counting bytes, the stricter of the two. The character counter shows both numbers.

Frequently asked questions
- Is the keyword limit 100 characters or 100 bytes?
- Apple's pages disagree. The App Store Connect reference says you can provide up to 100 bytes. Apple's search guide says keywords are limited to 100 characters total. For English text they are the same. For other scripts bytes are stricter (an umlaut is 2 bytes, a Japanese character 3), so count bytes.
- How many custom product pages can an app have?
- Up to 70 per app, according to Apple's App Store Connect help, checked November 1, 2026.
- How many screenshots and app previews can I upload?
- Up to 10 screenshots per device size (at least one is required) and up to 3 app previews per device size and language. App previews must be 15 to 30 seconds long.
- How current is this table?
- Every row was checked against Apple's page on November 1, 2026. Apple can change limits at any time: follow the source link of the row to confirm.
